This particular marketing project was a proposal to Explore God for creating a go-to market strategy designed to build and launch their 30-day challenge.
The 30-Day Challenge was designed to help guide those looking for answers in faith to a realization of God, and make the ultimate decision to accept Him and “convert.”

Initial GTM Approach
The first part of Phase 1 was to create a go-to market strategy to help the program more accessible and easier to adopt and use. By using a GTM strategy, EG would be creating the right messaging and positioning of their brand to acquire users from a local level, generate adoption of the program, and scale to national demographics.
Creation of a Marketing Strategy
Once a GTM strategy is created, the actual execution of a marketing strategy is comprised of three launches: Alpha, Beta, and Omega.
These separate launches will help the program slowly penetrate markets, learn from customers re: adoption and churn rates, usage, and other program metrics, and scale to full-national market penetration.
